You are loved!
My name is Zoë. I am a mom of 4 amazing kids, and it was through one of them that I got introduced to Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki, and connecting with my spirit guides. I absolutely love Reiki, and how it gives everyone their own unique experience, how the energy leaves you feeling peaceful and light, and at the end of a session all the stress has disappeared.
I completed my Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master certification in 2023, and I am continually working on my own healing journey. I try to use my surroundings as a mirror. When something triggers me, I know there is healing work to be done. I keep peeling off more layers of what I once thought represented me, each time getting closer to my authentic self. It can be scary sometimes. What do I find underneath all these layers? The excitement of finding out keeps pushing me forward.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, being in nature, going to the beach, reading books, and walking with our dogs.
In 2023 I received my first Biomagnetism session and knew right away that I wanted to learn more about it. I have since had several more and each time I am amazed at the effectiveness of it. I absolutely love that it is non-intrusive and how it assists the body's own healing capabilities.
